Chair: leads and coordinates the Academic Journal Board and is responsible for guiding the Journal through all stages of its production

Editorial Coordinator: responsible for managing the editorial process, overseeing the Writer’s Initiative, and ensuring good communication between the editorial team and the Academic Journal Board.

Head of PR: responsible for promoting the Academic Journal and maintaining its presence across communication channels. This role focuses on engaging the PPLE student body and ensuring the Journal and its events gain visibility within the community

Head of Events: responsible for organizing events to promote interest in the Journal and for coordinating the launch event of the Academic Journal

Treasurer: responsible for managing the Journal’s finances and ensuring that resources are used effectively. This role involves preparing and overseeing the budget, as well as handling the practical aspects of printing and delivering the Journal once it is completed
